TPM Webinar 25 — Case Studies: Identifying Data Gaps and Developing New Data Collection Processes to Inform Decision-Making

This webinar continued the discussion from the March 6th CPBM Meeting and featured additional case studies from performance management leaders and practitioners. In an age where data-driven decision-making is needed more than ever, understanding where agencies’ current data falls short is the first step to using data to support strategic activities. This session demonstrated practical methods for assessing existing data frameworks and recognizing underexplored areas that could lead to better outcomes. We explored innovative data collection techniques to fill these gaps and enrich decision-making processes. Featured speakers and presentations included:

  • Liz Williams, Massachusetts DOT — Planning for and Evaluating Destination Accessibility: Resources and Ideas
